Extreme Bargains is a UK-based deals publisher. We share hand-picked deals from third-party retailers.

You must be 16 or over to register. Keep your login credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the platform.

Deals are posted in good faith and verified regularly, but prices, stock levels, delivery costs and any codes are set and controlled by the retailer and can change without notice. Always double-check the final price at the retailer before purchasing. Extreme Bargains is not the seller and is not party to any purchase you make.

When you submit a deal, comment, review or report, you confirm that:

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading.
• You have the right to share any images or text you include.
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or spam.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, translate and format your submission on the site and in related communications. We may edit, reject, hide or remove submissions at our discretion.

Extreme Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire, be adjusted or be revoked if we detect fraud, bot activity, self-referrals or breaches of these terms. Point boosters, competitions and reward availability may change without notice.

You must not scrape the site at scale, attempt to break authentication or rate limits, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the site to promote unlawful activity.

The Extreme Bargains name, logo, design and original editorial content are ours. Brand names, retailer logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods being featured.

Links to retailers and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, privacy practices or the way they handle your order.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that deals will remain available, that prices are the lowest possible, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a retailer’s pricing, stock, delivery or customer service.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
